• Strategize to help target potential  locations that will enhance the organization's event with the perfect destination
• Research proposed destinations to ensure they meet the established destination goals for event
• Submit RFP to each destination and facility to bid on event
• Compile proposals and evaluate each to determine if the needs of the organization are met
• Review each destination and venue with organization to select a short list
• Submit short list  destinations with back up for consideration

Site Selection

• Review all destination information with organization
• Rate each short list destination with regard to the event objectives
• Assist with preparing destination selection for presentation
• Notify destinations as to the selection by the organization

Contract Negotiations

• Meet with organization to determine contract requirements
• Modify GPS standard contract to fit the needs of the organization
• Submit GPS standard contract with modifications to selected hotels and off-site venues
• Review contract specifics with each venue to ensure clients needs are met
• Review and prepare submited contracts for client review
